As the year comes to a close, it's natural to reflect on all that has happened and all that we've accomplished and experienced. And while there are definitely some things I want less (or none) of in 2023, I'm grateful for the opportunities, experiences and people in my life - in all their forms.
The People in your community make it all worthwhile and make it all possible.

No doubt, this past year has been full of ups and downs, but through it all, I feel it's been met with perseverance and I (and those around me, personally and professionally) have come out stronger on the other side. Even if in the moment, some experiences weren't ideal, the good that came out of them, such as the tight bonds with people and our accomplishments together, are invaluable and I'm grateful for them.
Manny has gone above and beyond the call of duty more times than I can count, always delivering on impossibly tight deadlines yet always managing to keep a positive attitude despite the relentless pressure.

And while it can be sad to see the end of a year, or a big chapter in one's life come to a close, I remind myself that endings also bring with them new opportunities and the chance to start fresh — with a different and more experienced outlook that can lead to additional, incredible possibilities.

So as we say goodbye (adiós, au revoir, مع السلامة, 👋🏽, etc.) to 2022 and all that it has brought — the good, the bad and the ugly
— I'm here to also embrace the new year and all the possibilities it holds.
Here's to a happy and prosperous new year, full of new adventures and enriching opportunities. And to those of you in my life, thank you for being a part of it and for all that you do. And if we've never met or collaborated together before, I hope we do in 2023. ✨
